Man, I haven’t been on here in awhile.
Fear the power of the old man. Wann be like this guy if i ever get old(which is not likely to happen)
tumblrbot asked: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INANIMATE OBJECT?
My favorite inanimate object is probably my bed.
Whaaaat???
(Before you read this please understand that i do not support spanking ones child(corporal punishment). I do however feel that i should say that i did get spanked as a kid and i turned out fine, i just wouldn’t spank my own kids, i’m more of a “go to your room” kinda guy.
Okay so on CNN tonight i was listening to a story about how a young child was beaten to death by her parents. The parents pretty much said that they beat their children because it was the way God instructed people to raise their kids. The cops ended up finding a book on how to discipline ones child and they say that this book or the author may be responsible. I would like to call “Bull” on that. The book never said to beat your child for 7 hours straight. The author when interviewed never said anything to indicate that a spanking should be that long(he said something like 5-10 hits with a belt or a wooden spoon. I was raised like that and so were a bunch of people i know). Anyway i basically think that instead of trying to blame the author of a book they should be concentrating on the parents who actually beat their child to death(they should know that children are weak). The big thing for me though is that they adopted two children from africa, one was 3yrs old and the other is 11. The 3 year old is the one that died, and the 11 year old is in the hospital. Yet their own biological kids are okay(Yes, the couple is white). What i want to know is this: “Do we blame the guy who wrote a book that the parents took too seriously or do we blame the parents who killed and severely beat thier chilren?
See this dog? He was ABUSED. Two drunk dumbells tied this dog to the back of their truck, “forgot that he was back there” and DROVE OFF!!! Luckily, the cops were called and this poor dog got the medical attention he needed! The dog is currently doing fine (despite the horrible looking wounds) and will be up for adoption as soon as his wounds completely heal.
REBLOG if you are AGAINST animal cruelty!
i need the names of these 2 people right now.
